The final cleaning of the apartments is charged separately: Apartment Nesthocker € 85,00 | Apartment Wiesentraum € 55,00 | Apartment Immerwieder € 45,00.
The visitor’s tax is € 2,80 per person and day from the age of 15 and will be charged separately.
Children up to 4 years receive a 100% discount.
We are happy to provide you with an extra bed (sofa bed) (€ 25.00 per person per day).
Since we are an allergy-friendly-company, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.
When it comes to the breakfast service, we clearly focus on regionality. Our partner Denifl Brot supplies us with fresh bread specialties on a daily basis. A list with the offered product range and prices can be found in the apartment.
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am.
We also offer a late-check-out room. For a small extra charge, you can store your luggage here. There is also a shower facility.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked days will be charged.
We comply with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) – WKO.
You can pay your bill cash or by bank transfer (in advance).
Follow the A12 towards Innsbruck. Take the exit at Innsbruck Süd going to the Brenner. At exit 10 Schönberg you drive towards “Gletscher/Stubaital”. Now follow the signs in the direction of B183 Neustift. You pass small villages like Mieders, Fulpmes and Kampl and then you come to us in the beautiful Neustift. At the intersection you turn into the Pinnisweg, follow it for 500m, turn right onto the Wiesenweg, cross the next intersection and then you’re there, in your holidays.
